EndPoint Support with BR support
If I have a full Enterprise Plus license is my Endpoint support still no SLA?

Yes, that's correct, however support for VBR will in provided in accordance to your support contract (standard/premium).

To clarify, you can open a case from your regular support account while it refers to the VEB and VBR integrations. If VBR is not involved - the case will be moved to the regular Endpoint queue without any SLA.
