Hi!
Recently I upgraded PC with new hardware including new disk. Installed Windows 10 Pro (20H1 Inside Preview 19041.84).
I copied data from old SSD connected by USB-SATA adapter and left it connected. I created Backup job which includes Operating System and Disk C: items and tried to run it
Backup failed with errors:
Calculatingf digests Error: Cannot find shadow copy of volume Recovery
Error: Cannot find shadow copy of volume Recovery
Only way I could backup my new computer is by disconnecting old disk.
Is this normal behavior of Veeam Windows Agent? I suppose the reason for the error is that old disk also contains partition Recovery (it is a part of standard disk layout created by Windows 10 installer)

Re: Error backing up system with old disk attached
Looks like as it is a Disk layout\Recovery partition fault. If you don't need it on the old drive anymore(going to stick with new OS install), feel free to get rid of it.
Also check if KB2275 works out.
/Thanks!
