Error: Microsoft SQL serverhosting the configuration databas

Hi,
I'm using Endpoint Backup 1.5.
On two LapTops I've found this SQL error which prevents VEB from doing a correct backup. Also the backup chain seems to be corrupted, I was not able to start the "File Level restore".

Error information: The DELETE statement conflicted with the SAME TABLE REFERENCE constraint "FK_OIBs_OIBs". The conflict occurred in database "VeeamBackup", table "dbo.Backup.Model.OIBs", column 'link_id'. The statement has been terminated

My Workaround was to recreate the SQL Local DB and start a new backup which is still running but seems to be successful.
I also created a Support Case 02148248.

Does anyone had this error before? Is recreation of the SQL DB the only solution?
