Error when restoring files

Post by jv87 »

Hello,

Since a few days we get some errors when trying to restore files.
When loading the backup the process failes with a message, saying to look at the log files of "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."
If I try to perform the restore a few minutes, it sometimes work, but not for all restores.

In the log file C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Endpoint\Svc.VeeamEndpointBackup.log I can find this:

Code: Select all

We are using a virtual Windows Server 2008R2 Standard with Veeam Agent 5.0.1.4584.

I've already followed the instructions described on https://www.veeam.com/kb1175 and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/troubl ... tem-volume

I've already started a case at Veeam Support (05173839)

Hello,

Kindly attach your logs to the Support case.
I've changed the formatting for your logs a little bit and partially cut them because your logs may contain sensitive data which shouldn't be sent to the public forums.
Also, you might be interested in the topics with similar error message for B&R, might give you a hint.

Thanks!
