Feature request - Create recovery USB stick from ISO image

Veeam Logoby MisterV » Sun Jan 18, 2015 11:15 am

Maybe this has already been asked: I have placed the recovery ISO image on my NAS. When I have a problem, I want to create an USB recovery stick from the ISO image on another machine. There probably are other tools that can do this but it would be nice if endpoint backup would have this option or some tool to do this.

Hi Valentijn,

This is indeed something we can't do at this moment and I am not sure if we will foresee this in the future. What we can do is directly create a bootable USB device when you create your recovery media.

However, I do understand your reason for asking this, and I advice you to look at this thread where you can use the Windows tool to do this...
