File level restore from repository by user

Is it possible that a user can easily do a file level restore from his endpoint backup that's stored on a veeam repository?
The repository is a NAS which the user don't have access.

The repository is a NAS which the user don't have access.

If the user has an access to Veeam Endpoint console that has the repository added, then he can perform a file-level restore. The user does not have to have an access to NAS - repository access via console is sufficient.
