Hi Guys,
I have just installed Endpoint on my Physical Servers that are based off site and are backing up to our DC. I noticed that the first backup takes almost ages (could be because its running a full-backup), but now as I have read on some of the posts on this Forum; my question is: If it is running a Forever Forward then how do I configure the rotation i.e, Full (Friday afternoon) then Incremental then another Full (Friday)?
More like a 7 day rotation if at all possible.

Re: Full backup then Incremental (Forever Forward)
Hi,
Forever-forward incremental method assumes that the only Full backup is taken at the beginning of the chain and no other fulls ever happen in that chain. When the chain falls under retention the full backup gets merged with the rearmost increment. I suggest you to take a look at standalone full option as it might satisfy your needs.
Thank you.
