Granular Alert Notification & Product Enhancement Idea

Would be nice if you could control what alerts you receive (Failed Backup, Successful Backup, Backup Succeeded With Errors, Low Disk Space, Etc...)and if they can be emailed and sent via SMS. The alert feature is not very reliable at this point. I have not received an alert and I have had 7 consecutive backup failures. Another possible idea for product enhancement would be cloud based management. Backups could then be centrally managed from anywhere. Currently, I don't think any vendor offers this, but I think it would be a popular feature, and a constant revenue stream based on annual subscriptions.

Alerts via SMS - good idea. Central management and email notifications were requested several times before but your voice counted as well. Thank you for the heads up!
