Installer Failing

I am trying to install the latest version and am getting the following error message when I execute the installer:

"Failed to initialize setup program. Refer to setup logs for details"

Not very helpful.

Where can these logs be located?

What could be causing this?

Can you tell me what filename in temp I should be looking for?

I did find a log file in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Setup\Temp, however it is not really any more helpful.
Here is a copy of it:

[EDIT] Logs have been removed by moderator

I'm not sure why I would get that last message. I downloaded the complete installer from the website, so it should not be expecting to find an existing version.

I can't open a ticket because I can't get the program to install to use the "open ticket" functionality!
