Interrupted Full Backup

I have a computer that backs up to a cloud connect repository, it's stuck on trying to perform a full backup. The connection keeps getting interrupted for one reason or another and it seems to start the backup over again from the beginning each time it reconnects, is there any way to resume a full backup that got interrupted? Or do incremental backups from whatever progress it did make?

Hello,
the product has "resume backups" functionality if volume level backup is configured. If connection interruptions lead to restarting the whole backup, that sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.
