Hi there,
so I installed on my GF laptop Veeam Agent for Windows. Backed up to an SMB share. Installed VBR on my Server and backed up up to this (not controlling the client via the server). Uninstalled VBR from the server, since than it says, cancellign backup job, license has expired or grace period is over. Uninstalled it, no change. Uninstalled deleted files from C:\Program Files and "App Data" still "cancelling".
Any idea how to fix this or completely uninstall?
Many thanks in advance

Re: License has expired - in free version
You've got VBr installed, community edition i assume. Open licensing tab and select "allow free agents to consume instances" at the bottom
Ten instances are baked into Community edition, and it'll let you run them as full workstation or server modes.

Thanks for the quick answer, this VBR method was not available any longer as I uninstalled it... wanted to return to just run Windows AGentsMike.Powell wrote: ↑Sep 08, 2024 7:44 pm You've got VBr installed, community edition i assume.
