Im using endpoint v3 to backup to local NAS without problems. Now in VPN SSL network without full access to NAS, but when Im triying to do a backup appears this message and backup stops with error. I updated to v4 without luck
What do you mean saying "in VPN SSL network without full access to NAS"? Also, have you already raised a support case? If so, what's your support case ID?
I mean my backup repository (NAS) is on a different network beacuse im working from home, but Im connected to vpn ssl and I can access to SMB resources of this NAS. I mean I can reach NAS, but backup gives an error
