Network error backing up to NAS through VPN SSL

Hi!

Im using endpoint v3 to backup to local NAS without problems. Now in VPN SSL network without full access to NAS, but when Im triying to do a backup appears this message and backup stops with error. I updated to v4 without luck :(

Hi Francisco,

What do you mean saying "in VPN SSL network without full access to NAS"? Also, have you already raised a support case? If so, what's your support case ID?

Hi,

I mean my backup repository (NAS) is on a different network beacuse im working from home, but Im connected to vpn ssl and I can access to SMB resources of this NAS. I mean I can reach NAS, but backup gives an error

Hi,

Thanks for clarifying.

So the issue appeared after you started using the VPN? If so, most likely the root cause lies on the VPN side unless it's a coincidence.
