Scenario: A group of PC's are scheduled to backup every day to a shared NAS. A user decides they want to create an adhoc backup but save it to their USB drive. They have to open 'Configure backup' and change the settings to save the backup to the USB drive. Once the backup is complete they then forget to re-setup the daily backup.
Question: Can the scheduled backup be protected from this scenario or could there be an option to select a different location when performing a Standalone full backup from the system tray shortcut?
Thanks.

Re: Adhoc Backup to USB
Hi,
I agree it would be good if we could have :
A second destination (ie NAS when at work, USB disk when on the road)
Ability to create a second job different from main one.
Just my own two cents...

Re: Adhoc Backup to USB
Thank you for describing your use cases. We will look into this.
Meanwhile the adhoc backup (standalone full) can be triggered by right clicking the tray icon > backup > standalone full. The location would remain the same as in the original backup configuration, but with the different subfolder. Once finished – you can manually move it anywhere you like.
