If someone could please clarify what the process is to restore a Cloud Connect stored server backup from a Veeam Agent for Physical Windows Servers.
I have a Cloud Connect for Service Provider setup and clients actively backing up their servers using the agent for physical servers (alongside Cloud Connect Agent). Their backup targets my datacenter Cloud Connect server. In the event that one of those machines fails, what do I need to do to apply the images I have stored on my datacenter server back on repaired or new hardware on their site?
Thanks!

Re: Restore image from Cloud Connect Server
Hi Brian and welcome to the community!
Your clients should have a Veeam Recovery Media and in case of disaster they will be able to boot the recovery image.
Then going through the wizard steps, they are able to restore the machine from available backups in the Cloud Connect Repository. Thanks!
