Scripted Backup Execution

We have a pair of Windows file servers in a cluster. They are VMs, but the file shares reside on mounted iSCSI LUNs, so they would not be backed up in a B&R job. So my thought was to put together a script that will determine which server is the cluster owner and then kickoff the Veeam Agent backup on that server. So my questions is can a Windows Agent backup be started via the command, similar to a normal B&R job?
