Unable to boot from USB to restore

Attempting bare metal restore to new SSD. Veeam v4, Windows 1909. Created the restore media on USB and cannot get the computer to boot to USB. Even created new Restore USB on a different drive. I used Advanced Start Up Option to boot to USB and I get "No Boot device found" ... Help!

Did you write bootable USB media using Veeam Create Recovery Media wizard or made it an .iso and used it to create bootable USB using 3rd party tools? Usually when USB ain't bootble it indicates it has bad boot sector assignment from the tool that wrote it.
