I use free Endpoint Backup and want to upgrade it to 1.5. Unfortunatelly when I try to I get the message "Failed to initialize setup program. Refer to setup logs for details.".
I tried to uninstall 1.1 first, but I can't do that because it asks me for previous instalation files.

So my question is - can I still download v. to use it for uninstalling?

If not, where are the logs from installation of 1.5?

I believe all setup logs are located in the %TEMP% folder. As for the bits, then Dima should have a download link. I will let him know, that you're searching for it.

Hi Koperator,

I've just shaded a link - check your forum's inbox. Download the build, run repair and then it should be possible to uninstall it or run upgrade to the latest version.
