Veeam Agent QNAP backup

Good day,
i have problem with backup Veeam Agent (Case # 02196648), I tried restart both devices, recreate database, clear store with backups, disable firewall.

Code: Select all

Error: Shared memory connection was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: The handle is invalid. Failed to write data to the file [\\10.0.0.25\veeam\zaloha\Backup Job EPS-SERVER\Backup Job....vbk]. Failed to download disk.
Is there any other thing i should try?

Very common error on QNAPs

Do you have multiple subnets assigned to the unit?

Do you have the correct DNS server IPs on the unit?

Checked your case details and it seems to be resolved by replacing the UTP cable. All good now? Cheers!
