Veeam backup stuck at 99%

I have 3 windows 10 machines with "Veeam agent for Microsoft Windows" Ver 4 installed.

All 3 machines have backup job schedule that takes entire machine backup on our cloud server running "Veeam Backup and Replication 10"

From last few days on all 3 machines the backup jobs starts properly but stuck at 99% and shows "resourec not ready: backup repository"

not sure how to fix it?

Hi Fahad,

While waiting on the support reply, got a few notes:

- I see your support account is listed under VCSP program, but your forum account(and post) are not under Service Providers section. Raises a lot of questions because end-user agent + VBR could be dramatically different from service-provider agent + VBR(Cloud Connect?) installations.
- Can you please tell us what kind of backup repository you have behind VBR server?
- Also noticed no logs are attached to the case - that would be first thing Support asks from you - so you can export logs now and attach them without delay to the case!
