Hi, I am using VEB 1.5.0.306 on a few computers and on one of them (Windows 10, 1607) Veeam.Endpoint.Service.EXE process consumes huge amounts of RAM (up to 7 GB). It starts with few MB and continually rises until it eats all the available RAM on the computer. I ma using windows defender and have made exclusions to the Veeam.Endpoint.Service.EXE and database files. SLSERVR.exe usese lsss than 100 MB of RAM. What could be done?
Regards,

Re: Veeam.Endpoint.Service.EXE high RAM usage
Hi,
That cannot be normal obviously. Best you could do now is to make a support case (Open the VEB UI and go to the support tab). Post the case ID here and the follow-up also.
Do you have anything else running in the background besides windows defender?

bplancic,
Can you please clarify do you have any antivirus software installed on the same machine? Did you add VEB to the antivirus exclusion list? Thank you.
