Virtuozzo Container System Volume Not Found

We are trying to migrate a Virtuozzo container with a Veeam Agent backup. The agent installs correctly but every time we open the agent to configure the job it says "System volume not found." Have any of you seen this issue? If so, can you bypass in any way??
