IOCTL_TRACKING_ADD failed

Post by leesh »

Hello everyone

I need to perform a backup for Rock Linux 8.6 with Linux Agent 6.3.1 version.

The Kernel version of the target server is 4.18.0-372.19.1.el8_6.x86_64.

When opening a Veeam case, I was told that the target server is not supported because it is a Rock Linux 8.10 or lower version.

However, I confirmed that the backup is performed without any problem on another target server using the same kernel version.

I just loaded the snap module with the insmod command.

However, the server that is currently having a problem is creating a snapshot

The backup is not performed properly with the log below.

#MOD: Logs removed per forum policy, please do not upload log snippets to this forum.

Why does this problem occur?

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi LeeSeunghyeok,

Unfortunately, we cannot provide technical support through this forum. I have removed the log from your post, as our forum policy prohibits the uploading of log snippets.

Could you please also share your case number as requested by our forum policy? One of my colleagues from the Linux Agent team may be able to review the case and potentially provide some insights. However, you will need to continue working with our customer support team to investigate this issue further.

Thank you,
Fabian
