No such file or directory /sys/class/block

Post by pglazin »

Hi!
I'm trying to use Veeam Agent for Linux (veeam-release-el7-1.0.5-1.x86_64.rpm) with CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503.
After installation, I go to Configure and I see an error boost::filesystem::directory_iterator::construct: No such file or directory: "/sys/class/block"
In my version of Linux, there really is no such directory.
How can I fix this?

Hi Pavel,

Welcome to Veeam community forums and thank you for the question.

Please note, that according to Veeam forum rules, you should include support case ID when posting about any technical issue, as requested when you click the "New topic" button. There is a couple of things that should be clarified before we'll be able to assist. Please post your support case ID once you get one in your original post in this thread, we'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks,
Fedor

Or, as an alternative way, you could try to use our search engine before going to the support team. Most likely, similar questions has been already brought up by someone else, and some of them has been answered without actually contacting the support team.

Thanks!
