Veeam Agent for Linux Control Panel Issue

Dear All,

I have an issue with one of my Centos 7 server, i try to run veeam or veeamconfig ui but its doesnt appear anything on screen, i have no problem on other machine i have, i found the veaamservice is running, may i know what the issue is ?

Please advice. Thank you

Please advice
please always open a support case for technical issues and reference to it in forum posts.

it's hard to guess what the issue is...

Can u verify the packages installed correctly by running “ sudo yum list installed | grep veeam”?

Hi,

root@server [~]# yum list installed | grep veeam
kmod-veeamsnap.x86_64 3.0.2.1190-1.el7 @veeam
veeam.x86_64 3.0.2.1190-1.el7 @veeam
veeam-release-el7.x86_64 1.0.7-1 installed

Can u run:
yum check-update
yum install veeam

And let us know the output?

@halimzhz,

If it doesn't work neither in a remote client (e.g. putty or kitty) or local console, then I urge you to open a support case and post your case ID in this thread.
