Hi everyone,
I'm setting up a hybrid organization in VBM365 for a proof of concept and running into a problem. During the "Configure PowerShell" step, the process fails with an error saying the "Set-ADServerSettings" cmdlet can't be executed.
I've checked the permissions on the account used to connect to my on-premise Exchange Server 2016, and everything seems to be in order.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Christian

Re: #07492903 - Adding hybrid organization fails - "Set-ADServerSettings" Cmdlet Error
Hello Christian
Unfortunately I don't have an Exchange Server in my lab to test the same.
For now I recommend to continue to work with our customer support on the issue.
Best,
Fabian

Have you tried running this command remotely on the Exchange server from a PowerShell session on the backup server? As a test to see if it remote PowerShell works.I've checked the permissions on the account used to connect to my on-premise Exchange Server 2016, and everything seems to be in order.
