1.) How does Veeam get deleted items if they are deleted before a back up run happens?
2.) I see when you are in Veeam backup software (Not Veeam explorer) you can click a check box that says "Show items that have been deleted by user" then it shows me much more especially for those users who clean up their mailboxes quickly. Is there a way to have that option in the Veeam Explorer. This would be handy for employees who no longer work at the company and no longer have a Microsoft O365 license assigned to them.

1.) It depends. If they are in the deleted items, we still catch them. If they are hard deleted, we won't catch them. Not sure if it will make 1.5 but we are also looking into grabbing litigation items so if that is enabled...
