Backup of OneDrive files

Hi.
I've set up Office 365 backup for a customer and now they want a restore.
But the only versions of the files I find are to old.
Does not looks like it is taking backup of updated files.
I find some new files on other users folders but it all looks like they all are new.
Have not gotten any error messages in the console regarding the specific user.

Any ide on what could have happend - and what can I do to fix this?
I'm runnung v 4.0.02549

Can you create a support case for this one? If you are running the backups and the jobs run on a regular basis, then all the files should be protected (and removed according to the retention) and the latest changes should be there.
