Hi all,
I'm trying to see if it's possible to retrieve the amount of data consumed for each user in a backup repository. I've tried using the built in reports and via PowerShell but have only been able to get the total used space for the entire organization.
Having the total used space for a user's mailbox/onedrive/sharepoint/teams for example would be beneficial when performing a migration - it would give me an idea of how how long it might take to migrate a user based on the data size.
Is this something that is possible?

Re: Backup repository data usage reporting
Hello Gunnersaurus
This is not yet possible within VB365. We are looking into adding this information in a future version of VB365. But no ETA to share yet.
Have you tried to get the source size in M365 for an estimation of the expected data size?
Best,
Fabian
