"... already being processed by another job."
Ave collegae!
The backup jobs are starting all on 00:00 every day and should get all
users and shared mailboxes mail and archives if exist
--> job defined:
---> complete org, processes selected "mail" and "archives"
---> no exclusions
no warnings
teams
--> job defined:
---> complete org, process selected "teams"
---> no exclusions
no warning
all sharepoint data not being personal sites
--> job defined:
---> complete org, process selected "sites"
---> excludes objects: "personal sites"
warning "already being..."
data belonging to O365 groups
--> job defined:
---> all o365 groups, mail, sites, teams
warning "... already being ..."
Do I have to live with the warnings or is there a better way to define the jobs?
Additional info: the active authentication won't allow selecting dynamic groups.

Re: Backup settings and warning
Hi,
In your setup, the SharePoint job overlaps with the Group job, and there're several options to avoid the unwanted warnings:
1. Uncheck sites from groups processing (they still would be protected as part of the SharePoint job)
2. Explicitly exclude group sites from the SharePoint job
3. Reschedule these jobs so that they don't run at the same time (and make sure they don't overlap with Teams jobs as well)
Thanks!
