I have opened a support ticket #05789381 but it was closed automatically due to a lack of support resources.
I am evaluating the Community Edition of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 (running in AWS) and it seems that the email notification feature is not working. I have configured SMTP (using a third party email service, PostMark) and when I send a test message, it says the message was sent successfully, but the email does not arrive. Is there any way I can turn on additional logging to debug what the issue is? I've already confirmed that the PostMark is not receiving any communication from the server running Veeam but I am able to connect to the Postmark server via telnet from the server, so it's not a communication issue. It seems as those Veeam is just not sending the notification even though it believes it has.

Re: Email Notification, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 #05789381
Hi Jay
Welcome to the forum and thank you for evaluating our product.
You may order a trial key for your evaluation: https://www.veeam.com/backup-microsoft- ... nload.html
Support is provided during the official evaluation period.
If you want to check the log files by yourself, you can find SMTP configuration related logs in this file:
"C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs\Veeam.Archiver.Service_****.log"
Maybe you need to enable Extended Logging Mode first to see all SMTP related logging:

Best,
Fabian
