Error in sharepoint backup - Case #07273219

Hello everyone

Its my second attempt to resolve this case, the first case was really not helpfull with longer response times.

I´m having crash of the service Veeam.Archive.Proxy.exe. It mostly happens in the sharepoint backup site. Ive tried to change how many cpus cores, memory, threads in the proxy and it keeps crashing no mater what config i put.

Just to add : this server has enough cpu / memory resources, i´ve tried to raise the amound of resources to a maximum, and it crashes even without using everything. I monitor this server to make sure everything is enough.

Anyone have any light about this?

There is not much we can do from a forum topic. Such issues require technical investigation which we cannot provide over this forum.
A memory dump may be required to see why the process gets terminated.

May I ask, have you escalated the case as suggested by our customer support with the "Talk to a manager option"?
