I am getting a JetError -528 and my back ups are failing does any one know what this error is?

How do I get a case ID when I am using the community edition?
It won't let me open a case.

Even the Community Edition comes with support and you can open a case.

Community Edition and NFR license users are welcomed to open support cases as well. Such cases will be processed on a best effort basis, depending on support staff availability.
