Failed to Retrieve Licenses for 718 Users - Veeam Backup for O365 - Job Warning After Update to Veeam Client

Hello,

We have an environment using Veeam Backup for O365 and we recommended applying a cumulative update to the Veeam Client to fix an issue with Teams objects showing no reference to an instance of an object. The customer then updated the entire Veeam program from the update option itself, and then afterwards went to run the job and got a warning with "Failed to retrieve licensing for 718 users" - the license is there and subscription based for 700 users, 0 used after all of this. Can anybody provide advice on next steps to eliminate the errors? The repos and proxies are not in "out of date" status and not sure what else to check.

Hello HannesK,

Is the support case ID the actual Veeam ticket number, or is that the Veeam Support ID # that is shown with the licensing?
