Hello,
currently using the restore portal it is possible to restore a maximum of 2000 emails,
to restore the entire folder you need to do it from the console,
it would be very useful to have the same function also in the restore portal,
so as to make users independent in recovery.

Agree with you Davide.
The documentation does not call out all of these limitations, not sure if this is intentionally hidden.
We did not use web portal with v6, so do not know how much changed with v7, but hoping all of this gets resolved with next release.
Even we released this limitation yesterday while discussing with team about rolling out the web portal to all our clients.
Microsoft removing the application impersonation role and the web portal having these limitations - not sure how we will manage the restores.
As a service provider, as long as the product has functionalities to allow such self service portal to be easy to use - expanding becomes easier. Or else, max time is spent in managing the existing customer base.
