Hi,
I'm trying to backup 800GB of data from Sharepoint Document Library to my local Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365.
The job is successfull but have only downloaded 88GB(?) and when I open the restoration point the majority of the folders are empty. I can see that some folders have the files in them but I can't understand why the majority are empty. Since the job i successfull and the log seems to be okey I'm wondering if there is any limitation for how long the URL can be?
Is there any setting that I have missed?
Thanks in advance!
/Martin

Re: Folders are empty after successfull backup
Hi Martin,
Check your retention settings. Items are backed up according to their modification date. If this date is out of the specified retention, they will be skipped from a backup job. For example, if retention is set to 1 month, backup will contain items modified within the last 31 days (more examples in this thread)
