Getting a list of users requiring or not requiring license

Is there any function in VB365 that supports retrieving a list of accounts from an Organization's AAD that have M365 licenses and will consume a VBO license, and those that do not? License reports and User Protection reports list all mailboxes, including shared and non-licensed ones.

Hi,

In VB365 itself, there's no mechanism to provide you with such a count. Veeam license will be assigned to each backed-up user who is licensed in M365. Shared mailboxes will only consume a Veeam license if they're licensed in M365.

In the M365 Admin Center, you can get navigate, for example, to Billing -> Licenses -> and check how many M365 licenses are assigned (free/exploratory don't count). This will provide you with an estimate.
