Hi everyone,
for a certain reason (at moment not sure why) my vbo-backup runs very often runs into a timeout for certain mailboxes. This isn't really a problem as it normally would work on the next run, but the duration until the timeout happens is way too long. Looks like it takes 2,5 hours until it aborts and that means that in the meantime no other runs would take place. I'd love to decrease that timeout significantly, so that it maybe finishes after 15 minutes or similar.
Does anybody know how to finetune that?
Thanks!

Re: how to reduce the backup timeout?
Hi Michael
Please reach out to our customer support team.
Adjusting XML configuration parameters should be handled by our support team since the default parameters have been carefully chosen after extensive testing.
There might be underlying reasons why the mailboxes are timing out, and it is essential to investigate and identify these issues first rather than depending on a "configuration hack" as a workaround.
Best,
Fabian
