Hi currently have a license pack of 10, and I currently had a employee who left and replaced that employee with another, so can i delete the Old employee and use the existing license for the new one?
How do I do this?
Can I keep the old employees information that is on my drive?

Hi Johnbo,
When you remove the user from the backup job (or when the user gets disabled in O365) backing up of that user will stop. The data itself will be kept. The license will be freed up again after 31 days and then you can use the license for your new user.

Yes. But, don't forget you can temporarily go "over" license. See the licensing in our user guide for more information
