Hi,
Initially I created one repository per job (Exchange, Onedrive and Sharepoint).
But now, I learned that it is better to store Onedrive and Sharepoint backups in the same repository, to avoid duplicates in the saved objects.
Is it possible to merge two repositories ?
Thanks!

Re: Merge repositories
Hi Romano,
First, you can move backup data between repositories with PowerShell, but it depends on the types of repositories you're using. For example, moving data between two object storage repositories is currently unsupported.
Next, data in personal OneDrives is different from SharePoint, and I can't see how storing it together can help in saving storage. Keeping backups in the same repository makes sense for Teams and their corresponding team sites - in this scenario when you separately protect SharePoint and Teams, saving the data to one repository can indeed help to avoid duplication.
Thanks!
