Hi, the free disk space with all VBR12 and Office365 jobs has decreased significantly. The folder d:\Office365 contains mailboxes, onedrive, sharepoint and teams that are backed up. Since the D: drive only has little free disk space, I would like to move the Office365 - Onedrive to F:\Office365_Onedrive\. How does it work? In the folder d:\Office365 I only see many folder numbers and I don't see which one belongs to Onedrive.
- How can I move Onedrive from D:\Office365\Onedrive to F:\Office365_Onedrive?
- How (where) can I reduce the retention time so that the old one is overwritten again?
Thank you very much for your help!
Thank you very much

Re: Move Onedrive to an other Backupfolder on a other Drive
Hi Novell2,
To move OneDrive items, create a new repository on your F drive and then use PowerShell Move-VBOEntityData -User [-OneDrive].
The retention period is managed on the repository level.
Thanks!
