Onedrive and mailbox issue

Hi guy's,
Today upgrade the veeam for office 365 to the last version 5.0.3.1060, I did check the back-up logs and there I can see that backup of mailbox and Onedrive of some users have a message that says:

We have enough veeam licenses and this user for sure has Office 365 license, any idea why we get this message in the logs?

Hi Shahin,

Normally, it means that VBO couldn't access/find the mailbox and OneDrive. Please open a support case to investigate what might be wrong there.

Is it possible that those users have never logged on? At least Onedrive will be created after the first login; perhaps it's similar with the mailboxes.

Mailboxes are normally created a few minutes after you assigned a license with an enabled exchange Online Plan.

Thank you for your replay,
This user and other users with the same issue are users that are working with us for some users and all have mailbox and OneDrive and they can open both.
question remain is why these users get this error and other users not!!?

Shahin,

Please open a support case to troubleshoot. I can only guess now, but this might be some change on the Microsoft side or slow synchronization.
Post your case ID here for the follow-up.

can you please let me know how to open a support case? on the Veeam application for O364 itself dont see the option to create a support case!!
