Today upgrade the veeam for office 365 to the last version 5.0.3.1060, I did check the back-up logs and there I can see that backup of mailbox and Onedrive of some users have a message that says:

We have enough veeam licenses and this user for sure has Office 365 license, any idea why we get this message in the logs?
Is it possible that those users have never logged on? At least Onedrive will be created after the first login; perhaps it's similar with the mailboxes.

This user and other users with the same issue are users that are working with us for some users and all have mailbox and OneDrive and they can open both.
question remain is why these users get this error and other users not!!?
Please open a support case to troubleshoot. I can only guess now, but this might be some change on the Microsoft side or slow synchronization.
