Hi,
with modern auth i still need applicationimpersonation for Exchange Online and a Teams license for restore operations.
Is it recommended to create a separate admin account just for the restore authentication?
What are your suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Re: Restore 365 data modern authentication
Hmmm,
I'm pretty sure I answered this one already, maybe on another thread but anyway:
Recommended, it depends. If you already have a admin account with the right permissions today, then why use a secondary. However, if you prefer to have an admin account for backup, and one for restore specifically, then you certainly can do that, but it comes with the cost of a M365 license.
Personally, I see no reason to have multiple. That might change though when we will have our self-service (portal) capabilities. Then you might want to split up the two accounts
