This is the warning message being received for a recent backup operation:

I have searched online and didn't find much pertaining to the cause of error. I am hoping someone on here will be able to point me in the right direction.

Hi, are you possibly referring to case number 07577533? As what you provided above is not a valid case ID.

If yes, then I see it was created just a few hours ago... please give our Support a chance to work on your issue.

P.S. Support engineers usually require debug logs for troubleshooting technical issues, so in future I recommend that you provide them immediately while opening a support case. Otherwise you will waste some time only to hear from them that they need you to provide debug logs.

Are there any updates? my last post here is missing because of the forum "problems" some weeks ago... I already have a case, have sent several logs but no more news so far...
My case ID07585608. Just t count me in with the same problem

The file or site has been checked out by a user that no longer exists. You have to check this in again and then you get rid of the warning, at least that was the solution for me.

thanks MaartenA, i checked the affected sites and yes, that was the problem. a no longer existing user was editing the page... after discard the not published changes, backup is fine
