I originally opened a case with Veeam support to troubleshoot an issue I started seeing after upgrading to v7 this week which is the "Synchronization failed." error message in the screenshot which happens whenever I select Start on a backup job. However, a few days later and now I'm seeing this "Backup proxy offline time exceeded." error on all jobs. I've uploaded fresh logs and am waiting to hear back from Veeam support but I was curious if anyone else is seeing this.

Did you upgrade your proxy after installing v7?

Yes. I want to say it auto upgraded. When I try to select Upgrade again it tells me that it's already up-to-date.

It might be an issue that the controller cannot reach (or talk) to the proxy? To be honest, the first time I see that this happens after an upgrade. Maybe the restart of the service failed?
