Veeam for O365 Consulting Services?
We're a long time Veeam B&R customer, and we've just purchased over a thousand seats for Veeam for Office 365 and we're preparing to move beyond the testing phase and into production, but I have some questions and concerns.
My exposure to Office 365 is minimal beyond working with our internal team to get Veeam for O365 connected to our Organization, which is only just starting down the road to our move to O365.
I'd like to get this set up correctly the first time, and not have to constantly re-create the wheel, so I'm looking for some consulting services assistance either directly from Veeam, or from another organization with extensive experience in setting up backups for an organization.
We're not looking for a long term situation, just someone who can give us advice on the best way to organize our O365 presence and management and recommend the best way to implement Veeam for our backups.
I'm thinking a short time to gather information about our O365 environment, and then advice for the actual implementation of our backup processes.
I can't find any indication that Veeam offers this kind of service, so I'm reaching out here.
Any help you might be able to provide is appreciated.

On top of that, engage with your Veeam SE or SA. He or she will certainly help you also, and use these forums here to ask for advice. We do our best (and we have great and smart guys like @Mildur here) to assist as best as possible

@rciscon the correct answer to your question is to use a VASP.
Now, we do have some long-standing SE team members who are so experienced that it is easy for them to find time and combine both selling and supporting their existing accounts (and do even more to enable their colleagues and a wider community). What I'm saying is that such support should not just be taken for granted.
Well, Veeam SE and SA are called "pre-sales" for a reason: normally they are not expected to provide post-sales support, as this would distract them from their core job - which is selling. Engaging in other activities means not making their quotas, having bad metrics, and eventually being let go from Veeam.
