Hi I having an issue and have logged a call and its. Marked for escalation 04181723

2 years ago I bought veeam office 365 product and a synology unit 218+ I have connected it over an Iscsi target an per guidelines but the job ran at a snail pace. Especially when carry out the full job at the start. It could take 15 days to do 650gb

Then if I did it on the C Drive it would take roughly a day and a half

Anyway with advice I was told its because synolgy had two large 10tb disk in a raid 1.

So I then went and purchased DS1618+ I have 16tb 6 4tb disk in a raid 6 and 1 hot spare. I set up isci target again and enabled mpio on it I think its working it is tiny bit faster but its still very slow. 250gb in 5 days the same job on the Cdrive took 1 day.. I haven't done auxiliary accounts I just use my account. Would that have a big issue? I would doubt it as saved OK when saving to C:/ would really appreciate help on it. Maybe something stupid I'm doing

Normally you will be able to see in your backup jobs what the bottleneck is. Since you are working with support, it may be better to wait for their feedback as we need more information on your organization's size and setup.
