Cannot renew the Service Account
Hi all,
Tried to renew/edit the service account in the Veeam for Azure Web Portal, but get errors.
It seems there have been two Azure Subscription, but one of the "not in use ones" is deleted.
Get this error and cannot see how to fix?
Microsoft Azure reported unknown error. Try again later
The Subscription XXXXXXX could not be found.

Please contact our customer support team and share the case number with us here in the forum. I‘m sure our support will come up with a solution after investigating the log files.

Re: Cannot renew the Service Account
As it was already mentioned earlier, this is not a support forum and we're unable to assist with troubleshooting technical issues over forum posts. You should open a support case from under a paid or a trial contract, as the above message indicates that you have opened the support case for a free product, and Support simply did not have resources available to pick one up from the free products queue.

Re: Cannot renew the Service Account
As a quick solution, you can log in to Microsoft Azure and renew the application manually > https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra ... signing-in
