Failed to open azure appliance after changing the size of the disk

Dear All,

I have recenty deployed VBR Azure appliance throught the veeam wizard, and after i powered off the azure vm and i changed the size from B2ms to b1ls, and after powered back on and i open the console at Veeam, and it seems doesnt find the azure anymore, just wonder it is not ok to change the size of the vm ? any help would be appreicated

Hi Keith,

This shouldn't cause an issue. Did a reboot of the appliance maybe help? If not, please open a support case for insight as this is not a support forum and it will be hard to troubleshoot. Please let us know the support case ID when it's opened for future reference.

as this is a test lab, i still can create a suppose case id ?

You will get best-effort support if there is availability if it's a test lab/POC. Did you already reboot the appliance or perform rescans via VBR to see if it picks it up again?

yes i also rebooted the appliance and perform the rescan via VBR, but its still unreached ? where i can create a support case on this ?
