Unable to log in to Veeam Backup for Azure after update

Hi all,

So after updating Veeam and Ubuntu to the latest versions, I am unable to get past the login page.

I can see the log in page fine, I can log in, but after logging in it gives me a screen that says:

Something went wrong in Veeam Backup for Azure.

Try refreshing the page.
(details in Browser Console Log)

Hi,

This is a technical issue which is best handled via support.

To clarify, you used to built-in updater to install the latest security patches? Or did you log in via SSH and do a dist-upgrade (which is not supported)?

Hi,

I used the built in updater. I agree that support would be the best to assist, but they are closing my ticket due to no availability, so this is my best bet

Just as an extra question in the mean time, did you already try to reboot the appliance and see if that resolves it?
