Hi,

Without insight, this will be hard to resolve via our forums. These are also no support forums. This sounds like a firewall issue that blocks incoming requests on the public IP. Our support will most likely be able to resolve this with a remote call.

Hi

Appreciate that, we check the NSG and 443 allowed on the Public IP

And is the IP correctly associated with the new VM? Have you tried adding port 22 and see if you can SSH into the host?

The Port 22 Open but when we go to connect using SSH we get error

Port prerequisite not met.

That usually means the NSG is not configured correctly. I just checked a config on my lab and have the following.

Code: Select all

Priority: 300
Name: Port_443
Port(Destination): 443
Protocol: TCP
Source: Any
Destinations: Any
Action: Allow
Could you verify if you have the same?
